Accessory orders over $60 generally get free shipping within the contiguous United States only.  Some items are larger and have an oversize surcharge. Some furniture items may ship for free and it is generally stated on each product page. Large furniture items will ship by freight. See options below on freight.


We extend a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all items.  Oversized items, Large furniture items, and Special Order items may not be returned unless we make exception.

Return/Cancellation Policy

There is a 30-day refund guarantee on most accessories for any reason. Some furniture items may not be returned and is a case-by-case basis.  There is a return charge of 10% on accessories.

If you purchased merchandise that is out of stock, we will inform you immediately by e-mail.

Shipping Policy

We ship out most accessories of $60 value or higher free of charge, except for oversize packages, freight items, exchanges, and furniture items where noted on each product webpage.  Free shipping will be stated on each product page where it applies. If shipping charges apply, we may need to contact you via e-mail or phone to collect after order is placed. Please be sure to include your correct telephone number and e-mail when ordering in case there is a shipping dilemma. 

We do not guarantee shipping or availability times.  They are stated as average times and delays out of our control can happen.  We do our best to strive for these stated availability times.

Any free shipping would only be to the contiguous 48 states. There will be shipping charges to Canada.  We will ship to other countries and areas on a case-by-case basis and will get shipping quotes. Small items can ship internationally by regular post.  International orders may be charged a cancellation fee if customer does not want to pay extra shipping. We will not arrange shipping large freight items overseas.  It will be up to the client to arrange an overseas freight carrier.  Air shipping large furniture items is expensive but is available.  We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Plushpod offers several freight delivery options:
standard freight - receive palletized furniture curb side, off back of truck, full day delivery window
inside freight - driver takes off truck and pallet and brings to door only, 4 hour schedule window
white glove delivery - blanket wrapped shipping whith inside placement, no packaging, 2 hour scheduled window
Plushpod looks for  the best possible rates on all shipping.

If merchandise arrives damaged due to shipping, inform the carrier if possible and you must inform us within 2 days of merchandise arriving.  Keep all boxes, packing materials, and merchandise as they arrived.  We will need to schedule a damage pick-up and we will inform you of what to do.


We extend a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all items.  If you are not completely satisfied, please let us know immediately.  Most accessory items and some furniture items may be returned to us within 30 days in excellent condition and we will issue a refund less any restocking, processing and shipping fees.  SEE RETURN POLICY BELOW for specific instructions and to see which items may not be returned.  You MUST e-mail or call us with your intent to return the item.

All transactions are processed through a seperate secure server to safeguard your credit card information.  We do not share information in any way with anyone.

Return/Cancellation Policy

There is a 30-day refund guarantee on most accessories for any reason except for items noted here:  NO RETURNS on items shipped by a freight carrier, imported items, made-to-order items, some drop ship items, some order totals over $800, and items where we notify you specifically.  We send an e-mail explaining when an item may be be returned immediately after order is placed.  You may cancel if this is not acceptable.  You must e-mail or call us with your intent to return an item and read the entire policy below.  Items returned past 30 days of receipt will be denied.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, insuring the item, and any damage claims needed on the return.  We need the item returned in the same excellent condition as it arrived.  Pack it up very well and seal it.  We recommend using Fedex Ground or UPS with insurance.

Return/Cancellation fees will be assessed at 10% for all orders.  Initial shipping charges may be assessed for larger items and furniture.

Merchandise must be returned in original factory condition, including all packing materials, inserts, instructions, manuals, warranties, and accessories.  If not, we will deny the return.

We will inspect and test all returned merchandise for damage and missing parts and may refuse returned merchandise based on our findings. We recommend that all returns be insured by shipper and packed properly per the shippers guidelines.

Cancelled orders that have not shipped yet but are not backordered or will not take longer than the stated shipping time on each webpage, may be charged a cancellation processing fee of up to 3.5%

Out of Stock Policy

If your selected merchandise is out of stock, we will inform you immediately upon receipt of the order.  We will inform you via e-mail or telephone of the shipping schedule.  If this is not satisfactory, we will give you a full refund.  If you agree to the new ship time and then cancel at a later date but before item ships, we will process a refund minus any cancellation processing fees.

Privacy Policy

We are fully dedicated to protecting your privacy. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to others for any reason.

All credit card transactions are secure transactions on a secure server and through Verisign Cashregister.


Colors of products on website may vary slightly from actual color due to photography, scanning, etc. All items are bought in new factory condition and there may be slight flaws due to manufacturing.
