Description: Finnish born, London-based designer and manufacturer Anne Kyyrö Quinn approaches the felt she uses in her work the same way a sculptor approaches clay, manipulating textiles into three-dimensional objects and inviting us to look and touch. Her tactile designs can mimic shapes from life, like the line of jewel and diamond inspired pieces she made for client DeBeers, but can also take on other-worldly qualities and bring us into contact with textures and shapes both organic and geometric. Despite their sculpted good looks, designs from Anne Kyyrö Quinn manage to be every bit as cozy and welcoming as a warm winter blanket.
