Designer: Nolen Niu The Divide Arm Chair and Ottoman are a minimal and cushion-less seating system. Using high density foam and crisp lines with rigid appearance creates dramatic shadows to enhance its well-designed form.
Description: The separation between the backrest and seat is to eliminate fabric tension typical of one-piece sofas. This allows the seat to perform as an independent cushion for added comfort. The gap also eliminates the need of flipping up seat cushions revealing months of mystery items. Loose change are in plan view and cleaning is simplified with the use of a narrow nozzle vacuum attachment.
The Divide Arm Chair is made out of eco-friendly Birch hardwood frame, high resilience foam for seat cushions, back and arm rests as well as synthetic webbing for seats and backs. The Divide Sofa could be combined with the Divide Chair and the Divide Ottoman to result in an exceptional composition that’s hard to forget.
The Divide Arm Chair is available in an array of fabric and leather upholstery options that consist of Elmo soft leather, Kvadrat wool fabrics and Contract fabrics. The Divide Sofa is made to order per individual specifications and is available in one or two-tone upholstery.
