Folk is one of the most representative characteristics of Nani Marquina in its connection to tradition and the historical roots of the rug. It's part of the striking new Nanimarquina collection for 2009.

Folk emerges from this recovery of the origins and ornamental culture. The collection incorporates floral motifs and borders as a representation of ancestral themes. It feeds on the sobriety of the traditional design of the borders and updates it to suit contemporary environments while maintaining its original folklore.

The result is a rug in raw, purple and green shades that take you back to a warm homely atmosphere of legends and mythology.

Cleaning:
All wool rugs may be vacuumed on a regular basis. Professional steam clean as necessary. Try to clean stains immediately before drying and do not use any harsh chemicals. Test any cleaning products in an inconspicuous place first. No dry-cleaning.
