Description:  
The Kenji stool and whole collection is made in the USA with top quality materials including the deep black composite material.  This composite material is made of cellulose fibres infused with resin and is a solid color all the way through so small nicks and scratches can easily be removed.  It is unique, ultra smooth, black, and completely modern.

The Kenji bench also incorporates certified Ipe wood and electropolished stainelss steel.  The legs are made of solid, thick pieces of Ipe  - a South American wood which is very durable, dense and perfect for outdoor use.  The natural oils in the wood make it resistant to rot, insects, sunlight, weather, and splintering - like teak but three times harder!

The electropolished stainless steel has a smooth, supple, and finely cut metal finish.  It is also a substantial part of the leg adding to the beautiful design.
